Overview

Delivering quality verification for deep foundations, built for longevity and durability

QVE is the last line of defence before concrete is poured and foundations are put to work. GCE's full-time teams provide on-site oversight for deep foundation installations, verify subgrade conditions, and independently inspect rebar against structural design drawings, giving owners and contractors the compliance documentation they need to advance with confidence.

What Each Service Entails

GCE's QVE teams are on-site, full-time, for the duration of deep foundation and shoring work. We oversee every critical installation and provide the compliance documentation your project needs to move forward.

GCE provides dedicated, full-time QVE coverage for complex shoring and piling operations. Our teams are on-site for the duration of the work, ensuring every installation meets Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSS) requirements.

Our team inspects and verifies critical deep foundation elements, including caissons, micropiles, and tiebacks, confirming precise installation and correct stressing before the project advances to the next phase.

Before concrete is poured, our certified inspectors verify rebar size, spacing, concrete cover, splicing lengths, and tying stability against structural drawings, providing the sign-off required for municipal and regulatory advancement.
