GCE's environmental team supports projects from initial due diligence through active remediation and regulatory close-out. We conduct Phase One and Two Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), manage excess soils through the full suite of planning documents (APUs, SAPs, SCRs, and ESDARs), and provide Qualified Person (QP) services under Ontario Regulations 153/04 and 406/19. We also handle Records of Site Conditions (RSCs), contaminant delineation and remediation, underground storage tank (UST) decommissioning, environmental baseline studies, and soil, water, and air quality sampling.
